The Business Analyst is part of the Information Management (IM) function. He/she is responsible for the Business analysis of the Weakness management topics. The position is located within the IM Global In-house Centre (GIC). Success of this position will require strong international collaboration with global Airbus teams.
The successful candidate will establish team goals by understanding the business strategy, identify and evaluate business & technical trends and choose a course of action to achieve the same. He/she will accomplish the team results/performance by communicating job expectations, planning, monitoring, coaching and leading the team in the right direction.

Today, governments, companies and private individuals are increasingly the target of attacks like theft of intellectual property, sensitive information and even money.
Recently Norton Cybercrime Report estimated the global cost of cybercrime at around 150 billion Euros.
Airbus is increasingly at risk due to its leading position in the aerospace and defense market. Additional risks come from our Extended Enterprise. In recent months the malware attacks we’ve seen have been more sophisticated.
Your role as Security Remediation follow-up Analyst will be, in the IM Cyber Security context, to follow-up and drumbeat remediation action plans. Recommendations are built by the IM Weakness DSFW team (Security Analysis, Recommendations and Remediation), which has the mission to identify weaknesses, analyze them in Airbus context, propose recommendations to mitigate or remediate them ; and the related detailed remediation action plans are built by stakeholders in the business and or within IM.
You will ensure stakeholders management, by maintaining an up-to-date, aligned and agreed stakeholders map to drumbeat & secure action plan commitment, and that recommendations are followed-up to close weaknesses, with an End 2 End view.
You will also contribute to remediation follow-up reporting with different KPIs (weakness remediation follow-up).
Qualification & Experience:
Bachelor degree specialized in computer science (or equivalent).
Experience of 4 -6 years in the Information Technology field.
Business acumen with the ability to step back to get global perspective.
Cyber security vulnerability & compliance Knowledge management (current skill or high interest and potential to upskill) along with Risk management basics
Organized with a proven ability to prioritize workload, meet deadlines, and utilize time effectively in a challenging environment to drumbeat the activity
Good skills on G-Suite, Spreadsheet based data visualization is a must.
Good interpersonal and communication skills, works effectively as a team player for stakeholder management and customer relationships
Data driven with influence skills at different levels (top mgt, customers, partner, etc..) for reporting purposes. Knowledge in monitoring technologies (like Splunk current skill or high interest and potential to upskill)
Fluent in English & advanced level in French would be appreciated.
Agile mindset and understanding of SAFE & Scrum/Kanban methodology preferred.
Experience on Cybersecurity is a plus
High level of energy, strong drive & ability to adjust to changing priorities.

Understand Airbus business and process to exchange with Digital Security Risk & Asset Management department
Grasp and understand Cyber vulnerabilities to connect them to risk
Work in MFT (Multi functional Team) inside and outside IM for an End 2 End perspective
