Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our team, specializing in the Tranzaxis (Compass Plus) technology. The ideal candidate will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements from both internal stakeholders and external clients, particularly regarding scheme card issuance. The Business Analyst will play a critical role in translating client needs into clear, actionable deliverables for technical teams.
Scope:The Business Analyst will liaise between clients and internal technical teams, ensuring that business requirements are well-defined and translated into effective technical solutions.

Continuous Improvement: Participate in project retrospectives to identify opportunities for improving processes and enhancing future requirements gathering efforts.
Experience and Qualifications:
Experience: 5-7 years of experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on technology implementations, preferably in the financial services or payment processing industry.
Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the Tranzaxis (Compass Plus) technology or similar card issuance systems is highly desirable.
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather and synthesize complex information into actionable requirements and processes.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in documentation tools (e.g., Confluence, Visio) and requirements management software (e.g., JIRA, Trello).
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with clients and technical teams.
Collaboration: Proven ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams and foster relationships that facilitate project success.
