We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior Consultant Specialist.
In this role, you will:• Provide Business, Product Owner and Agile team with the functional support whilst evolving the product roadmap, creation of user stories and managing the product backlog.• Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions.• Work closely with Scrum / POD teams and ensure end to end delivery of requirements. Strong communication skills both verbal and written. This role requires to communicate to key stakeholders on day-to-day basis to gather and build requirements• Participate in PROD Support issues / changes and deliver functional and stakeholder impact• Leading ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies.• Policy modelling using OPM Tool• Performing requirements analysis.
