As an Business Analysis Associate at JP Morgan Chase within the Consumer & Community Banking, you will be responsible for performing comprehensive analysis to disposition validations and identify and raise any issues identified in the control reporting against business requirements and execution plans. The selected candidate will be part of Pricing Execution Team in India responsible for driving reporting validations across key Pricing Initiatives. The analysts will be completing the cyclical validations and identification of issues on existing control mechanism for key Pricing initiatives leveraging chase In house built tools and platforms. This position is aligned within the Marketing Growth & Innovation organization of Card Services, a key business within Chase’s Consumer & Community Banking group.
Job Responsibilities
This role will be responsible for monitoring automated control reports after understanding assigned business processes, reviewing any issues, processes researching, evaluating and recommending solutions to maintain a flawless roll out of the strategy. The Business Analyst Associate will need to gather business understanding around all these reporting frameworks and analyze reporting exceptions from differing data sources, identify relationships between the data analyzed, review those relationships with report owners and other subject matter experts and define specific criteria needed to identify non-compliance/break in the process to satisfy the business requirements.
This Business Analyst Associate will collaborate with Pricing process owners to review identified issues and understand how to bring them into alignment with regulatory and strategic requirements. This role will also be responsible for fully documenting the process, partnering with colleagues to validate and QC, review, raise and track any identified exceptions and provide support throughout the lifecycle of the report all while maintaining a strong controls environment ensuring a stable and secure Pricing core processes platform.
