The role is with the PayU India Innovations team, with specific focus on creating digital Insights from PayU Payments data to improve effectiveness of marketing spends of clients. PayU Payments data has emerged as a powerful source of information. Example use cases are:1.Identifying HNI users requiring wealth management product for a Banking partner2.Identifying consumers with passion for travel for holiday lifestyle company3.Identifying credit-worthy cosumers with propensity for personal loan4.Identifying digitally savvy consumers for online banking products5.Identifying affluent food lovers for dining businessJoining our audiences team offers you the chance to make a difference to wide range of businesses in a rapidly growing market. Deep insights driven customer management and acquisition are critical drivers of growth and profitability of virtually every business today. You will be able to help shape the efforts at PayU towards this objective.The Opportunity:·Work with client for audience analytics practice from understanding requirements to campaign execution and tracking. ·Track, report and analyze marketing campaign performance and develop automated reports·Serve as the main point of contact for all the client communication and become owners of a particular industries.·Identify growth opportunities within client portfolios and communicate them to the Client Lead·Work closely with PayU internal partners (e.g. Business and Technology teams) to design and implement optimal solutions·Access to 5000+ training courses accessible anytime/anywhere to support your growth and development (Corporate with top learning partners like Harvard, Coursera, Udacity)Requirements and Skills to be successful in this role:·2+ years of experience as a Marketing Analyst or similar role.·Undergraduate or graduate degree in a quantitative field; MBA is a plus.·Should be an expert in Ad platforms and deep knowledge of campaign metrics and optimization strategies·Strong experience with SQL. Python knowledge will be a plus.·Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills and demonstrated focus for client / customer satisfaction·Detail oriented with strong organizational skills.
