Role Description
- You will be part of the KYC and onboarding experience team in the Corporate Bank (CB) and Investment Bank (IB) Know Your Customer (KYC) Operations function to support improvement of experience that clients, businesses and employee receive during KYC and onboarding, working in partnership with business, technology, and other teams.
- You will support a highly dynamic team in analyzing, designing and tracking the outcomes that deliver the improved experience.

Your key responsibilities
- Support the KYC and onboarding experience team in driving experience improvement in KYC and onboarding
- Perform various analysis on internal and external data to unearth insights related issues faced by clients, businesses or employees during KYC and onboarding
- Support preparation for client meetings to discuss experience and actions DB could take to improve it
- Support creation of operational KPIs to track progress and outcomes related to experience
- Support preparation of materials for regular and ad-hoc senior executive communications
- Actively manage stakeholders and ensure close collaboration across business, infrastructure functions and technology as well as with other related investment
Your skills and experience
- Work experience in the financial services industry and understanding of KYC and onboarding processes and platforms
- High proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel) and ability to perform complex analysis, develop the summary and identify actions
- Advanced skills in effective stakeholder management along with advanced problem-solving skills and the ability to discuss and face different points of view or disagreements in a constructive manner.
- Ability to run a project independently; Project management office (PMO) toolkit would be a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English across all levels along with the ability to quickly adapt communication styles to different audiences.
- Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably with a focus on economics, business administration, mathematics, (business) informatics (or equivalent).
