Key Responsibilities:
• Client Management: Manage multiple clients and projects, ensuring smooth delivery from start to finish.
• SDLC Involvement: Work across all stages of SDLC in both Agile and Waterfall environments.
• Documentation: Create BRD/SOW, FRD/SRS, Use Case Scenarios/User Stories, API Documentation.
• Wireframing & UML Diagrams: Develop wireframes (Balsamiq, Axure, Pencil, etc.) and UML diagrams (Visio, Draw.io, etc.).
• Product Development: Contribute to product development efforts including market research, competitor analysis, etc.
• Data Analysis: Perform detailed analysis using MS Excel for reporting.
• Technical Understanding: Capable of understanding the technical aspects of the project and effectively communicating them to both the client and the development team.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field. Master's preferred.
• 5-6 years of experience in the service industry.
• Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
