Who we are looking for:


The Investment Book of Record Development team is looking for a Business / Technical Analyst to assist in building out enhancements to our internal suite of applications with strengths in the following areas: Self-starter and ability to work independently; team player with strong communication skills; able to define business requirements and create technical specifications for developers; experience with testing large-scale software applications; good multitasking skills, project management experience and presentation skills. 


What you will be responsible for:


Responsibilities include business requirement gathering, writing technical specifications and performing both System Integration and Regression Testing.    


Qualifications / Experience:


  • Minimum 8-11 years of experience in Business Analysis of Financial Services trade flow.
  • Thorough understanding of the Financial Services trade flow.
  • Minimum 5+ years of Experience of BFSI domain Experience with SQL / database query skills, understanding of Sybase is a plus.
  • Well versed in free hand SQL and data extraction.
  • Thorough understanding of Corporate Action processing.
  • Knowledge of test methodologies and their corresponding tools such as JIRA-XRAY, RTC etc.
  • Unix scripting experience a plus.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodology is a plus.
  • Firm grasp of relational database models.
  • Experience testing software designed for elaborate business scenarios.
  • Experience in developing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines in code form is a plus.
  • Daily tasks include business requirements analysis, technical specifications drafting for developers, and testing new software enhancements/fixes.
  • Strong understanding of SDLC process and project methodologies (Waterfall/Agile).
  • Experience with financial data systems a plus.
  • Good project management skills. Possesses the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong learning ability, good communication skills and self-management and problem-solving abilities, serious and responsible work attitude.
  • Team player with strong communication skills.
  • Aptitude for learning new things and flexibility to adapt and follow guidelines.
  • Flexible to work and overlap timing with the team based in US Pacific Zone.
