Job Description

Capgemini is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Business Analyst I to join our team to work for a top 10 US Insurance Carrier.


In this role, you'll be part of a team responsible for overseeing programs and providing strategic support for complex, cross-functional initiatives. You will track and deliver program analytics, propose problem resolution alternatives, and drive solutions focused on improving both the organization and overall experience. Additionally, you'll support process improvement efforts and contribute to solution design.

Responsibilities


Track program and individual initiatives benefits realization


Compile data and conduct root cause analysis for data-driven process improvement recommendations


Serve as liaison between operations and IT for impact analysis and support cost-benefit analysis


Support application testing and perform quality reviews on project deliverables


Work independently and in group settings as needed
