GBPO is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Analyst to join our Digital Transformation team. What you will be doing
- Capture Functional Requirements: Develop clear and detailed functional requirements for solutions with a primary focus on desired outcomes.
- User Journey Mapping: Conduct thorough user journey mapping to gain insights into user experiences and identify areas for improvement.
- Process Flow Understanding: Analyze existing process flows to determine opportunities for building efficiency and enhancing productivity.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and ensure alignment with project goals.
- Documentation: Create comprehensive documentation, including requirement specifications, process flows, and user stories.
- Tool Utilization: Utilize the latest tools in the digital transformation space, such as Miro and Figma, to support requirements gathering and solution design.
What you bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst with 4 to 5 years of experience, preferably in a digital transformation or technology-driven environment.
- Strong understanding of user journey mapping and process flow analysis.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in documentation and requirement specification.
- Exposure to tools like Miro and Figma is a definite plus.
- High energy and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Curiosity and a sense of purpose, with focus on driving outcomes.
- Ability to present content meaningfully to technical as well as non-technical audiences.
