Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Business Analyst to join our Magnati team. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze and document business requirements for digital initiatives, ensuring that our digital products meet user needs and business objectives.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Requirements Gathering and Analysis: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for digital initiatives.


  • Market Research: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the digital space.


  • User Story Development: Develop user stories, use cases, and process flows to effectively communicate requirements to technical teams.


  • Stakeholder Engagement: Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and objectives.


  • Performance Analysis: Analyze data and metrics to assess the performance of digital products and make recommendations for improvements.


  • Testing Support: Support the development and execution of test plans and user acceptance testing (UAT).


  • Training Facilitation: Assist in the creation of training materials and conduct training sessions for end-users.


  • Industry Awareness: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies relevant to digital solutions.


Technical Skills:
  • Software Requirements:


    • Strong understanding of digital technologies, web applications, and user experience principles.
    • Proficient in business analysis tools and methodologies, such as Agile and Scrum.
  • Data Analysis: Experience with data visualization and analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.


  • Project Management: Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello) is advantageous.


Experience:
  • 6 to 8 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a digital environment.
  • Proven ability to analyze complex data and provide actionable insights.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Relevant certifications in business analysis (e.g., Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP)) are a plus.
Soft Skills:
  • Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.


  • Communication: Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with stakeholders at various levels.


  • Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and build strong relationships with stakeholders.


  • Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks effectively.
