Job Title: Business Analyst – Automation and Digital Transformation
Process Automation & Optimization


  • Drive the automation of critical processes to enhance efficiency in Billing and Collection operations.
  • Identify and implement solutions to streamline workflows using advanced technologies such as AI and digital transformation tools.

Leadership & Strategic Alignment


  • Align individual and team performance metrics with corporate objectives.
  • Identify talent development opportunities within the team to foster growth and excellence.

Collaboration & Communication


  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including executives, to address operational challenges and deliver high-impact projects.
  • Own responsibilities and ensure clear communication with stakeholders to deliver commitments on time.

Organizational Enhancements


  • Propose and implement structural improvements to optimize organizational efficiency and performance.
  • Lead and drive change initiatives to improve process effectiveness and overall business outcomes.

Project Ownership


  • Drive projects independently, taking full ownership of deliverables and ensuring stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Ensure that all deliverables meet the agreed timelines and quality standards.

Required Skills & Knowledge


  • Technical Expertise:
    • Proficiency in VBA and working knowledge of MySQL/SQL is highly preferred.
    • Familiarity with SAP applications and financial software tools.
  • Domain Knowledge:
    • Strong understanding of Accounting, Billing, Finance, and Economics principles.
    • Experience in Customer Relationship Management and Financial Services.
  • Process & Risk Management:
    • Expertise in Process Improvement and Risk Management methodologies.
  • Project Management:
    • Proven ability to manage complex projects from inception to completion.
    • Demonstrated ability to deliver projects within budget and timelines while managing stakeholder expectations.

Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Finance, Computer Science, or related fields.
  • Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in automation, digital transformation, or similar roles.
  • Proven experience in driving AI-driven projects and applying expert-level subject matter knowledge.
