Summary: As a Business Analyst in Retail Store Operations, you will be responsible for analyzing an organization and designing its processes and systems, assessing the business model and its integration with technology. Your typical day will involve researching, gathering and synthesizing information, assessing current state, identifying customer requirements, and defining the future state and/or business solution. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the analysis of retail store operations processes and systems, identifying areas for improvement and designing solutions to optimize efficiency and customer experience. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and synthesize information, assess current state, and define future state and/or business solutions. - Assess customer requirements and design solutions that meet their needs, while also integrating with technology and aligning with business goals. - Communicate technical findings and recommendations effectively to stakeholders, utilizing data visualization tools for clarity and impact. - Stay updated with the latest advancements in retail consumer experience strategy, integrating innovative approaches for sustained competitive advantage. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Strong understanding of Retail Store Operations processes and systems. - Good To Have Skills: Retail Consumer Experience Strategy. - Experience in analyzing and designing business processes and systems. - Experience in gathering and synthesizing information from cross-functional teams. - Experience in assessing customer requirements and designing solutions that meet their needs. - Experience in communicating technical findings and recommendations effectively to stakeholders. - Experience with data visualization tools for clarity and impact. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Retail Store Operations. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in Business Architecture, Business & Technology Integration, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful data-driven solutions. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office.B E
