The GOCM Team is responsible for processes like Inventory management, Prohance Management, Scheduling & shrinkage planning, Real-Time Management and local site support services. The GOCM team receive long & short-term capacity plans, forecasts from the Workforce Planning team for all markets, including all lines of business above. It is the responsibility of the GOCM team to convert these long-term plans into weekly and daily operational plans in order to optimize resources and drive efficiency across the network. GOCM capabilities will be provided for CFN inbound, outbound and back-office functions.
How will you make an impact in this role?
· Perform analysis on key metrics to help maximize productivity and Operational excellence
· Create reports/Analytics using multiple American Express data sources and key metrics
· Lead and drive projects to achieve results within stringent time frame
· Formulate and implement network level inventory strategy for CFN Business Unit
Minimum Qualifications
· Graduate
· Experience and Working knowledge of MS-Excel for data manipulation and analysis
· Rating of G3/L3 or better in the last annual PMP Review
· Experience and Working knowledge of MS-Excel for data manipulation and analysis
· The incumbent should not be on any type of counseling at the time of applying
· Minimum Tenure of 18 Months for B28 and 12 Months of B30
Preferred Qualifications
· Prior experience in Capacity Planning/Dialer/Inventory management/Service level Planning (Experience in Work Force Management), MIS or Business/Data Analytics
· Working Knowledge/Experience on Applications like Python, Tableau, Sisense, SQL

· Ability to deliver under tight timelines
· Intellectually curious with a desire to learn and understand the business
· Critical thinker who exhibits good judgment and intuition (based on experience), knowing when to question outcomes or ask questions based on business/common sense

· Self-starter with ability to execute with Minimal Direction and strong attention to detail
