Create forecast models based on current and past financial results. You will be managing the Middle East and the Africa Regions.


What we're looking for:


  • Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance/CA/CPA

Experience:


  • 7+ Years Experience
  • Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills.  High degree of curiosity and willingness to analyze details.  Maintain organized and detail records to support analysis.
  • Critical to success in this role is the ability to respond quickly and adapt to a rapidly changing environment.
  • Background in pharmaceutical, life science or medical device industries is preferred
  • The candidate will be a person of the highest integrity and professional standards.

Who you are:


  • Develop robust planning procedures to build a regional IOP financial plan.
  • Build business collaborations and understanding to help manage weekly, monthly and quarterly planning/forecasting.
  • Ensure the accurate and timely reporting of our key financial reporting package to leadership. Business Performance measurement against Plan and Previous year
  • Maintain and calculate sales team performance against plan on monthly basis
  • Explain key drivers of our financial results through a monthly business review standard deck/presentation
  • Analyze cost drivers and impacts to the business. Prepare P&L overview related to commercial operations profitability and efficiency
  • Build and maintain complex spreadsheets and models to track various metrics and perform ad hoc financial analysis to support business decisions including Customer account mapping and Master Data updates
  • Perform financial analysis on various projects; calculate ROR, IRR and payback.
  • Proactively find solutions to root cause financial gaps and share financial forecast implications with the finance team.
  • Assist the finance department, COMEX and operations on ad hoc projects or requests for financial information
  • Develop and maintain automation reports in PBI. Including Channel Distributor program performance
  • Collaborates with Finance and Accounting to ensure financial forecasting accurately reflects trends, anticipates challenges and mitigates risk
  • Partner with Commercial teams and proactively work with these teams to uncover potential financial impacts to the business
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
