Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Facilitate meetings and workshops to define project scope and objectives.
• Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals.
• Utilize Azure DevOps or JIRA for project tracking, documentation, and reporting.
• Lead Agile/Scrum ceremonies as a Scrum Master, ensuring effective collaboration and delivery.
• Identify areas for process improvement and propose solutions to enhance efficiency.
• Conduct impact analysis and risk assessment for proposed changes.
• Prepare detailed functional specifications and user stories for development teams.
• Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) by coordinating testing efforts and managing feedback.
• Provide ongoing support and training to end-users and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science , Information Technology, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in a software development environment.
• Experience on Extracting the requirements from Legacy System and Develop the User Stories.
• Proven experience with Azure DevOps or JIRA for project management.
• Certification as a Scrum Master (CSM, PSM, or equivalent) preferred.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and practices.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Experience in Health Care industry will be an added advantage.
