Job Description

Location - Gurugram (On Site)



Responsibilities


  • Stakeholder Management: Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to understand and document reporting requirements and deliver practical reporting solutions.


  • Data Analysis: Collaborate with colleagues across different areas to gather and analyze data to understand AS-IS process and provide actionable insights for partner reporting.


  • Documentation: Maintain thorough documentation of reporting processes, methodologies, and outcomes. Prepare documentation for partner communication.


  • Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of reporting


  • Technical Collaboration: Work closely with IT and development teams to leverage technology for better reporting solutions.


  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity in all reporting activities


  • Develop and maintain reporting tools and systems to streamline processes


  • Present findings and recommendations to partners and senior management


YOUR PROFILE


You are an analytical thinker with a keen eye for detail and a passion for data. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are comfortable communicating complex information clearly to various stakeholders. You possess strong problem-solving skills and can work independently to meet tight deadlines. Your ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively is crucial in this role.


Further we are looking for a candidate with the following professional competencies:


  • Experience required at least 5-7 Years into Business Analyst role.


  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.


  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in reporting.


  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, Power BI)


  • Experience in financial services or a related field is preferred.


  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, or a related field.


  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within a reporting or analytics team.
