We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Business Analyst.

Principal responsibilities

• Experience in business analysis, solution design, change & implementation and consulting activities.
• Experience in change adaption processes, plan and implement change intervention to enable smooth transition and Embed changes and transitioned to Business as usual, from requirements gathering, communications till training final user.
• Leading teams to challenge the operating practices and critical thinking around design of business solutions
• Understanding the Group Strategy, imperatives and vision and translating these into a business model.
• Experience in business analysis, solution design, change & implementation or consulting activities and Identifying and defining problems related to change delivery for the wider business.
• Implementing solutions and anticipating their impact on the business operations and cultures. Also, Articulates or translates complex information in clear, meaningful and structured way to suit audience.
• Gathering, analyzing and tracking business requirements and translating these into business solutions and structures
• Translating the business model into an operating model, considering customers, services, teams and governance
• Understanding the impact of change against the target operating model; testing and refining designs with stakeholders and change audiences
