Summary: As a Business Analyst, you will analyze an organization and design its processes and systems, assessing the business model and its integration with technology. You will assess the current state, identify customer requirements, and define the future state and/or business solution. Your role will involve researching, gathering, and synthesizing information to drive effective decision-making and improve business performance. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. - Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their business needs and translate them into functional requirements. - Conduct thorough analysis of business processes, systems, and workflows to identify areas for improvement. - Assist in the development and implementation of new business strategies and initiatives. - Create detailed documentation, including business requirements, process flows, and user stories. - Participate in user acceptance testing and ensure that the delivered solution meets the defined requirements. - Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to recommend innovative solutions. - Support change management activities and provide training to end users. - Contribute to the continuous improvement of business analysis methodologies and tools. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development for HANA. - Strong understanding of business processes and systems integration. - Experience in conducting business analysis and gathering requirements. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. - Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP S/4HANA and Fiori development. - Knowledge of Agile methodologies and tools. - Experience in data analysis and visualization using tools like SAP Analytics Cloud or Power BI. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in SAP ABAP Development for HANA. - This position is based at our Chennai office. - A B.Tech degree is required.B.Tech
