Responsibilities/ Role:
•Partnering the Lifecycle Sales Head & driving the Territory Sales teams to achieve the Business targets reporting to Head of Finance of Sales
•Manage and take ownership of all financial and commercial activities during Solution & Service acquisition (contract analysis, cost calculation, cashflow projections, business models, taxation, financing concepts, currency, risks and opportunities, bonds, terms of payment, credit rating, insurances, export control, compliance, etc) & leading a team of approx. 8-10 team members.
•Cooperate with specialist departments and support in preparation of comprehensive, on-time, competitive offers.
•You will be responsible for analyzing tender documents, deriving bid strategies, and conducting contract negotiations until the contract is signed.
•Present offers and complex issues transparently to executive management.
•Prepare & detail review LoA documentation and meetings and provide regular reporting on bid status.
•Negotiate T&Cs and consortium contracts with the bid team and other internal stakeholders.
•Support the Sales team with various business models.
•Perform Sales data analysis for driving decisions on reach, customers, pricing, markets, etc.
•Prepare monthly business reports for timely decisions
•Preparation & attending Business Review Meetings and timely action on the Minutes of Meeting.
•Provide timely & qualitative information about order income, Sales SG&A cost controlling, etc. to maintain transparency in business transactions to enable the management to take the appropriate, timely, and corrective actions.
•Preparation of Budget and monthly/ quarterly forecast & ensuring high forecast accuracy.
What do I need to qualify for this job?
•B.Com Graduate with Bachelor/Master’s degree in Finance/ CA/ ICWA or any equivalent
•Minimum 7-10 years of experience in a similar Sales commercial role within a project-driven environment & experience in handling a result-oriented team
•Good knowledge of Taxation, Accounting and Controlling, MIS Reporting, Analytical skills
•Good negotiation skills, exposure to project procurement related topics
•Fluency in both written and spoken English
•You are highly driven & and business oriented
•Proficient in SAP, other commercial sales & bid-related tools
•Continuous improvement of existing processes including automation & dashboard preparation and Challenging status quo
•Thorough knowledge of the LOA and Acquisition process, Siemens Project Management Certification will be an added advantage
