Business Account Manager will promote both Hematology and Genetic Diseases portfolio. The New Role will focus on improving access of Takeda’s innovative medicines to patients, strengthening our presence in the market, increasing share of voice both for Genetic Disease, Hematology and improving Standards of Care (SOC) for patients. Through this synergistic approach, the BAMs and the ALs will drive business agility and increased focus towards demand generation, sales and marketing promotion and HCP engagement. The RD Franchise sales team will continue to work closely with market access and medical teams. In addition they will also work closely with the Government Institution Business (GIB) team within the Commercial & Supply team
BAM will report to the Business Lead.
Key Responsibilities
Delivery of commercial goals in assigned territory
Drive Hematology and GD brands volume and revenue as per assigned objectives
Identify the potential for new account/TC expansion in assigned territory
MyPkfit & Prophy , GD patient acquisition forecast & achievement
CCFT presentations & Account planning template
Driving scientific engagement in the accounts
Executing SFE & CPA metrics as per plan
KOL engagement thru qualitative in-clinic discussions
Planning & Execution of HCPs activities
Drive recommendations for brands supporting entry in accounts
Improve coverage of Cardiologist and ENTs in assigned TCs/COEs
Develop state/national KOLs (Geneticist)
Develop Medical colleges for LSD Tx
