Raw material quality & vegetable quality inspection on daily basis
Cross checking of deployed manpower as per plan shift wise – daily basis
Inspecting raw materials store inward, outward, sorting process – daily basis
Inspecting vegetables inward, outward, sorting process
Cross checking of food production planning, food taste & consistency and counter check-up
Inspecting food quantity and quality
Inspecting transportation of other locations and follow up for on time of food services
Inspecting Kitchen cleaning and hygiene as per scheduled and SOP
Inspecting staff grooming as per SOP
Inspecting dining hall cleaning and hygiene as per scheduled and SOP
Inspecting hand wash area cleaning and hygiene as per scheduled and SOP
Inspecting tea counter/vending machine cleaning and hygiene as per scheduled and SOP
Inspecting kitchen equipment working condition and service status
AMC vendors follow up’s for timely completion of equipment services
Monitoring pest control activities as per scheduled
Monitoring food coupons, signature register validation
Monitoring visitor’s, training food arrangements
Inspecting cleaning and hygiene of crockery, cutlery, service equipment and kitchen utensils
Monitoring food wastage, segregation, and disposal
Monitoring canteen staff shift handover and takeover
Weekend pest control and fumigation activities
Weekend equipment AMC activities, weekly kitchen & branded audits
F&B Executive - Billing & Compliance Duties and Responsibilities
Day to day Food Coupon verification & confirmation with canteen vendor
Daily Signature Register cross checking and acknowledged with canteen vendor
Daily Canteen scrum data download and report submission to canteen vendor
DSR report sharing to F&B Manager on daily basis
Month end Billing validation with vendor before 2nd of every month
Final Billing submission to IFM 5th of every month and SE Finance team with 8th of every month for final approval
Monthly statutory documents follow ups with canteen vendor (ESI, PF challans etc)
On time salary distribution (before 5th of every month) and Wage slip distribution follow-up to Aparajita team as per timeline
Maintaining compliance documents - Food Wastage, Waste Oil Disposal, Staff Medical, Staff Bio Data, Staff Background Verification
LPG calibration, LPG consumption, Water test reports, Food Test Reports
Compliance Documents - FSSAI, Company Registration Certificates, CLRA
Organizing monthly Canteen Committee Meeting & sharing MOM points
