We seek a Sales BTM for West2 Ahmedabad , provide leadership towards the Sales, to grow the Instrument Sales business. The ideal candidate will possess a broad understanding of Sales and Marketing, superior leadership, and cross-functional communication skills. Where will your strong management and leadership skills have the most impact? Right here, when you join us, directing sales operations across West2 , supervising, and developing team and planning sales programs that deliver results. As well as managing budgets, other managers and supervisors and high-level contributors, you will also influence customer relationships and have input into the recruitment, training, and development of sales representatives.
Responsibilities :
Create and implement strategic sales and marketing plans that successfully achieve business objectives
Monitor competitors' products, including relevant sales and marketing data
Develop an operating budget for the sales division that meets business goal
Use available data to forecast sales accurately and set appropriate performance goals.
Drive new products introduction and deliver incremental revenue for NPI.
Deployment of robust sale processes including accurate forecast , pipeline management , drive sales force productivity
Develop and maintain positive relationships with: Internal Stakeholders such as those within Service sales, Customer Service Organization and Marketing. Cross-functional collaboration with key clients, including negotiating and closing on significant contracts.
