Job Summary
Brokerage Coordinator will be responsible to key enter the air/ocean shipments in Brokerage Data Management (BDM) system on basis on documents received from customers via Image Management (IM) along with meeting the department performance criteria. The applicant should have good communication and analytical skills and should be systematic in his/her approach. The position mandates emphasis on speed and quality with a positive customer experience for both internal and external customers.
Job Duties
• Processing air/ocean shipment details in the Brokerage Management System
• Support processing Northern Border truck shipments in BDM
• Preparation of various reports
• Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned

• Excellent typing speed for data entry

Prerequisites
• Eye for detail and should meet stiff deadlines
• Have an excellent attendance track record

• Should be flexible with shift timings & working days as per business requirements
Education
