Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing and Communication Executive to join our team at Vivarea. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to enhance the property's brand, attract potential residents, and engage current tenants.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans for Vivarea
Create engaging content for various marketing channels, including social media, website, and print materials
Manage the property's social media presence and engage with the online community
Organize and oversee community events and promotional activities
Collaborate with the leasing team to develop effective marketing materials for potential residents
Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance, adjusting strategies as needed
Maintain positive relationships with current residents through regular communication and feedback collection
Coordinate with external vendors for marketing collateral production
Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and communications
Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
3-5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in real estate or property management
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong creativity and design sensibility
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and social media platforms
Experience with content management systems and basic graphic design software
Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Team player with excellent interpersonal skills
