Job Description

Overview PepsiCo Global Insights has created a worldwide ecosystem of shared insights, analytics and foresight expertise led by distributed global leadership teams & principles. Two of the 8 key Capabilities which are a part of this transfer are the creative communication testing capability (ADA) & the Brand health tracking capability (BMS). These 2 capabilities are supported by the brand & communications team here at Pepsico, GBS. The purpose of this role is to be a part of the team supporting the global insights capabilities (APAC) to extract value from the ADA & BMS tools. The key ask is to: Ensure the highest quality deliverables and drive efficiencies. Impact Brand Strategies Responsibilities Manage workload in partnership with the Ada/BMS Leadership team Provide Consulting to ensure we drive insights into action Lead project-based report storytelling and recommendations – provide objective, expert perspective (“so what”, “why” and “what to do” synthesis) to Sector Insights teams across the globe Become the expert on the Ada tool – methology/interpretation and answer sector questions and provide analytical support as needed Presenting the reports to key stakeholders in the insights team + support Insights team /present the results to the cross-functional teams and business leaders where needed Winning stakeholder trust by understanding business context and being a strategic partner to stakeholders Support meta-analysis for Sector projects, including desk research / learning reviews leveraging the Knowledge Management portal Support expansion of tools to new markets and categories via collection of necessary inputs to ensure robust setup and adherence to global best practices Qualifications 5-8 years experience with prior experience in brand tracking, TV ad in test a market research agency like Kantar (specifically Milward Brown). Expertise in ad testing is an added advantage Stong research methodology knowledge, experience in giving actionable business recommendations based on learnings/synthesis of data Excellent analytical, communication and project management skills. Knowledge of quantitative techniques will be an added advantage. Highly fluent in English – spoken and written. Ability to lead projects, make & deliver presentations and answer complex questions independently in front of senior stakeholders Acts as Owner –Self starter and quick learner. Proactive, responsive, problem solver and excellent communicator. Wants to learn and grow. Ability to navigate ambiguous and completely new ways of working within PepsiCo Customer Centric –Ability to understand and prioritize stakeholder needs. Creates value through business impact leveraging Ada/Zappi platform data. Raise the Bar on Talent –Proven track record in engaging stakeholders with effective communication Focuses & Gets Things Done - Pragmatic ability to balance need for process/discipline and embracing agile ways of working; always looks for ways to simplify workflow and reduce obstacles.
