Job Title: Brand Specialist - Medical Marketing

Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with the expert and brand manager to address the needs of the expert ecosystem (Doctor/Ethical).
- Execute HCP (healthcare professional) promotion, digital activation, and marketing programs to engage HCPs and drive KPIs for projects and brands.
- Partner with the sales team to ensure consistent, high-quality execution of marketing programs, and track and measure their impact.
- Conduct data mining and analysis, and demonstrate creativity in planning activities and working with creative agencies to develop communication materials for HCPs.
- Liaise with advertising agencies and other partners to implement routine in-clinic inputs.
- Build and maintain relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and influencers in identified nutrition areas to shape market initiatives and drive sales.
- Support and drive sales by working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent, high-quality marketing program execution.
Skills, Education, and Experience:
- MBA in Marketing from a reputed institute.
- 3-5 years of experience in marketing, particularly in handling pharma, OTC, or nutrition brands.
- Experience in conceptualizing in-clinic campaigns, handling national conferences, and KOL building initiatives.
- Experience in new product launches is an advantage.
- Proven track record in designing, implementing, and tracking the impact of creative marketing programs through the sales force.
- Ability to collaborate across multiple functions.
- Experience in sales is an added advantage.
