About the Role 


We are looking for a Branch Manager who will be accountable for the P&L of a particular branch along with playing a strategic role in building processes and leading large teams. He/She will also be expected to drive the process, lead in-flow, marketing plans and customer experience for their specific city. This role involves working closely with engineering, product, design and marketing teams to deliver results. It is a great role to get a microscopic view and first hand experience of the way businesses are built and scaled.


The charter for this role will include:


  • To be accountable for the  P&L account for a specific branch.
  • Meet Allotted Branch targets (Leads, Applications & Visas)
  • To lead a team of 25+ functional experts in counselling division and team leaders by demonstrating leadership skills through building teams, driving key process metrics, creating superlative work culture, bringing strong customer focus and leading the company to exponential growth.
  • Pipeline forecast Management, Report & Data Management 
  • Working cohesively with a team of equally talented and passionate colleagues to develop short and long-term strategies to create a sustainable customer base and business model
  • As part of the leadership team, you will audit, overlook and implement all operations initiatives for the organisation and efficiently manage teammates.
  • Utilising a high level of work independence and autonomy of decisions to enable the team for 10X growth.
  • Contribute in developing a strong & efficient counselling team & conduct Training sessions & help build a world-class team of counsellors 
  • Resolve escalations and ensure a smooth student journey  and maintain high satisfaction ratings.
  • Maintain high Satisfaction Ratings 
  • Implement Organisational Values, Goals & objectives within the team 
  • Collaborate with internal & external stakeholders to achieve set targets Identify, analyse and rectify operational issues in coordination with immediate supervisors

Ideal Persona


  • 4+ years of experience in P&L management, sales, or operations and managing a team of more than 10 team members
  • Exceptional at operational excellence - defining, monitoring, improving processes and metrics
  • Competent at managing multiple stakeholders across the business, channel partners, counsellors, operations, etc.
  • Build strong client and non-client support through 100% compliance of application processes.
  • Good skills in handling CRM.
