Job Title: Branch Manager
Location: Chengalpattu, Avadi, Tiruvallur, Kundrathur, Kanchipuram, Salem, Madurai, Mysore, Tumkur, Guntur, Vijayawada.
Salary: 9 LPA
Experience: 8 to 12 Years (Housing Loan Experience is a Must)
Educational Qualification: Undergraduate/Postgraduate
Role Summary:

The Branch Manager is responsible for leading and managing the branch’s operations to achieve business targets, maintain portfolio quality, and ensure customer satisfaction. This role involves overseeing sales, marketing activities, team recruitment, training, and managing the housing loan process from initiation to disbursement.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure the branch meets its disbursement targets for Housing & Mortgage Loans and insurance premiums.
  • Achieve the Weighted Average Yield target set for the branch.
  • Drive the growth of the branch’s portfolio while retaining existing customers.
  • Supervise and monitor the activities of Sales Officers across all locations to ensure a consistent flow of business.
  • Regularly empanel direct sourcing agents at all locations to maintain a steady business flow from major channels.
  • Plan and execute marketing activities with a monthly calendar and track the progress daily.
  • Ensure that all Sales Officers meet the productivity norms monthly.
  • Conduct location visits to appraise identified customers for loan proposals.
  • Ensure proper and complete documentation for housing loan files submitted for sanction.
  • Oversee the management of post-sanction documentation, including disbursement documents.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction for all loans sanctioned.
  • Responsible for recruiting Sales Officers.
  • Train the Sales Officers and ensure they achieve productivity levels as per company norms.
  • Manage the quality of the branch's portfolio, ensuring minimal risk.
  • Ensure the closure of all outstanding post-disbursal documentation.
  • Handle chronic or delinquent accounts, initiating appropriate actions for loan regularization.

RequirementsEssential Qualifications:
  • Undergraduate/Postgraduate degree in a relevant field.
  • 8 to 12 years of experience in the housing loan sector is mandatory.
Skills Required:
  • Strong leadership skills to manage and motivate a team.
  • Proven ability in sales and lead management.
  • Excellent customer relationship management skills.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage business processes effectively.
  • Ability to handle complex issues, especially in portfolio management.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
