We are seeking a highly skilled Sr Blockchain Developer with a strong background in designing and implementing production-grade blockchain solutions using Hyperledger.The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in creating scalable and secure decentralized applications, smart contract development, and blockchain infrastructure management.

Key Responsibilities:
• Design and develop production-grade blockchain solutions using Hyperledger Fabric framework
• Lead the architecture and implementation of blockchain-based systems and applications.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical blockchain solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate blockchain solutions with existing enterprise systems.
• Create and deploy smart contracts, ensuring security and optimization.
• Define best practices for blockchain architecture, data security, and network management.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams.
• Stay updated on the latest advancements in blockchain technology and assess their potential for implementation.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges in blockchain systems.

Required Skills:
• Strong experience with Hyperledger Fabric .
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Solidity, Go, Java, Kotlin, Python, or JavaScript.
• Expertise in designing and deploying smart contracts and distributed applications.
• Strong understanding of cryptographic principles and data security in blockchain systems.
• Experience with blockchain consensus algorithms, network configuration, and node management.
• Hands-on experience with containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud for blockchain infrastructure.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and team collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Prior experience in implementing large-scale blockchain projects in production.
• Understanding of financial systems, supply chain, or enterprise use cases for blockchain.
• Certifications in Hyperledger development.
• Knowledge of tokenization and decentralized finance (DeFi) concepts.
• Experience in the Banking Domain is preferred
Nice to Have Skills: R3 Corda / Ethereum
Education:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields
