BIM Engineer

Responsibilities:
1.    Model Development: Create and manage detailed 3D models using BIM software like Revit, AutoCAD.

2.    Design Collaboration: Work closely with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to integrate various design elements into the BIM model.
3.    Clash Detection: Identify and resolve conflicts within the model to ensure smooth construction processes.
4.    Documentation: Assist in preparing detailed drawings and documentation for different project phases.

5.    Quality Assurance: Ensure that the BIM models meet project standards and specifications.
6.    Data Management: Maintain and update BIM data, ensuring accuracy and accessibility for the project team.

Requirements:
1.    Educational Background: A degree in architecture or a related field.

2.    Software Proficiency: Experience with BIM software such as Revit, AutoCAD, ArchiCAD, or similar tools.
3.    Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
4.    Communication Skills: Ability to effectively communicate with team members and stakeholders.

5.    Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
