Job Description

We are looking for a Bid Manager to join our Bangalore office.  This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, project management, and excellent communication skills, along with the ability to effectively use data visualization tools to ensure successful bid submissions and business growth.


About You


  • Graduate or postgraduate in Business, Economics, Finance, or related field.
  • At least 5 years of professional experience in bid management, data visualization, PowerPoint, excel etc
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to present analysis clearly.
  • Expert in working with large complex data sets and data visualization tools; strong ability to draw simplicity from complexity and bring structure to ambiguity when working with data
  • Good analytical, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Project management skills and superior Microsoft Office skills
  • Strong understanding of sales strategies and market trends
  • Strong initiative, business acumen, problem-solving ability, and sense of ownership when driving assigned projects to completion

It would be great if you also had . . .  


  • Prior experience in Consulting, strategy or FP&A
  • Salesforce exposure is good to have
  • Willingness to learn SQL, proficiency a plus. Tableau and Power BI is good to have

What will you be doing in this role? 


  • Managing the Bid Process: Execute and manage the full end-to-end bid response process and project timeline, ensuring adherence to project deadlines and objectives.
  • Analyzing Bid Requirements: Analyze bid requirements, secure compliance approvals, and ensure accuracy and completeness in response documents to mitigate risk.
  • Coordinating Communication: Coordinate and manage communication throughout the bid lifecycle, serving as the primary contact for proposal-related activities.
  • Executing Bid Response Plans: Manage document preparation and coordinate the fulfillment of response packages.
  • Tailoring Bid Responses: Tailor bid responses to meet customer requirements, improving the relevance and impact of proposals.
  • Driving Process Improvement: Drive continuous process improvement and contribute to the development and maintenance of the knowledge library.
  • Collaborating with Teams: Work closely with various departments to gather necessary information and insights.
  • Data Analysis and Visualization: Utilize Excel for data analysis and create visualizations such as bar charts to support bid strategies.
  • Monitoring Outcomes: Monitor bid outcomes and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Conducting Reviews: Conduct reviews to identify strengths and areas for improvement in the bid process.
  • Coordinating with Stakeholders: Coordinate with multiple stakeholders to ensure a cohesive and comprehensive bid response

Hours of Work  


Hybrid work mode. 12:00 PM IST to 9:00 PM IST
