BI Specialist
Do you have experience implementing BI solutions in a fast-growing organization?
If so, you have an opportunity to join FLSmidth Cement’s highly energized IT team.
We are currently on an exciting journey where we are building our IT department. The BI Specialist plays an important role in this new team.
Key accountabilities:
The candidate will be responsible for
- Complete Design, development, and testing of the BI Solutions.
- Doing feasibility study, Planning, and delivering the solution on time with quality.
- Stakeholder management
Responsibility
- As a BI specialist, you are responsible for Identifying, understanding, and designing reporting solutions for the Business.
- Prepares detailed technical /solution design document.
- Develop and deliver projects in time and with quality.
- Work closely with various partners in the development of the solutions.
- Reports the project progress to all stakeholders.
What you bring
- A University Graduate in Computer science or with equivalent qualification.
- 5 to 7 years of experience in developing BI reports using Power BI
- 5-7 years of experience in developing Data Warehousing solutions
- Experience in programming languages like MS-Power Automate is preferred
- Experience in Snowflake database will be an added advantage
- A self-starter who can prioritize and manage multiple automation tasks.
- Team player and must be able to work closely with a diverse global team.
- Excellent communication skills in English
