Business Intelligence (BI) + Performance Manager

Job Purpose


The BI + Performance Manager will work with the platform team to have efficient, effective KPI tracking and reporting tools to measure and track JLL’s performance. The role will also analyze work order data for the regions to identify gaps and/or issues across the portfolio and present findings to Salesforce.


Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities


The key responsibilities of this role include:


  • Data Management
  • Oversee the collection, storage, and integrity of data.
  • Implement data governance policies and procedures.
  • Ensure data quality and consistency across the organization.
  • Set up processes to ensure validity and data integrity in multiple databases and trackers, such as the Master Property Lists, and work with business service teams to ensure data quality.
  • Business Intelligence Development
  • Develop and maintain BI tools, dashboards, and analytics models.
  • Create a strategic roadmap for BI initiatives and align with client objectives.
  • Develop and deploy data warehouses and data marts.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting
  • Deliver advanced analytics and predictive models.
  • Provide detailed and actionable insights through reports and visualization.
  • Conduct market and competitive analysis to offer strategic recommendations.
  • Client Engagement
  • Collaborate with clients to identify key business metrics and KPIs.
  • Present findings and insights to client leadership and relevant stakeholders.
  • Develop client support/feedback initiatives.
  • Project Management
  • Lead and manage BI and analytics projects from inception to completion.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for project delivery.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
  • Training and Development
  • Train clients and internal teams on BI tools and best practices.
  • Develop documentation and training materials.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in BI and data analytics.

Experience


  • More than 5 years of experience in BI, data analytics, or similar roles in the real estate or hospitality industry.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in developing BI tools and dashboards.
  • Proven track record of managing data analytics projects.

Task Skills


  • Advanced proficiency with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, QlikView.
  • Proficient in SQL, Python, R, or similar programming languages.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.

Personal Skills  


  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Client-focused with strong interpersonal skills to build relationships.
