We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Lead Business Analyst
In this role, you will:
• Elicit and document business requirements and user stories, design decisions and specifications for new and ongoing projects to establish a clear understanding of the stakeholders ‘needs.• Ensure that the traceability of business requirements is met through functional artefacts.• Be responsible for leading a team of business analysts in the delivery of projects, ensuring projects are delivered on time and to customer satisfaction.• Communicate with clarity, impact, and passion to inspire audiences and create a shared understanding and commitment.• Work in collaboration with business and IT stakeholders to determine requirements and functional flows.• Drive and lead the requirements process, follow the Agile practices, own the requirements end-to-end including user stories’ documentation, ensuring completion of review, approval and sign off requirements, support and consultation throughout the project lifecycle till handoff to production.• Encourage best practices and apply them in the team – responsible for functional product quality.
