JOB DESCRIPTION:
This role will support the global benefits team, manage, and coordinate purchase orders (POs), develop content for HR and SharePoint, assist in building a comprehensive global benefits overview, and support AI-related initiatives.Work with the business, HR, Finance and payroll teams to streamline global benefits administration and operations.
1. Benefits Administration Support:
- Provide support in implementing and updating benefits policies and procedures.
- Provide support when the team needs it
2. Purchase Order Coordination:
- Manage and coordinate POs for the benefits team, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
- Communicate with vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve discrepancies and issues.
- Track and report on PO status and expenditures to maintain transparency and accountability.
3. Global Benefits
- Assist in creating and maintaining a comprehensive global overview of benefits offerings.
- Support the development and rollout of new benefits initiatives and programs.
4. Content Development for HR and SharePoint:
- Develop and maintain up-to-date content for HR communications and the SharePoint site.
- Ensure that benefits-related information is easily accessible, clear, and useful for employees.
- Create user-friendly guides, FAQs, and other resources to improve employee understanding of benefits.
Good experience with managing POs, vendor invoice processing, policy and content building experience.
Proven ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
Excellent collaboration skills

Experience of working with payroll
Good knowledge of Excel
HR Systems experience (Workday or Concur experience desired).
