Marketing Bench Consultants (H1/OPT/CPT/ F1/L1, GC, and USC).
Regular interaction and Follow-up with Bench Consultants and identifying their needs and getting them into projects accordingly.
Searching the requirements for the allotted bench from portals, groups, and contacts. Sharing the requirements with the consultants by his/her comfortability used to submit the resume to the recruiter.
Speaking with the recruiters regarding the rate and getting the best as suggested by management.
Interacting with Tier-one Vendors and making new vendors to the company
Maintain daily & weekly status lists of all activities through MS Excel.
Must have the ability to deliver results and handle pressure.
Developing new contacts with tier 1 vendors / Clients.
