Research and identify new business opportunities - including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships – or identify new ways of reaching existing markets
Generate leads and reach out to the appropriate contacts in an organisation

Ensuring collection – publishing weekly/ monthly Invoice & collection report to management
Ensuring consistent level of after sales service as per company standards
Effective client relationship management – ensuring positive, partnership working and client retention
Discuss promotional strategy and activities with the marketing department
Liaise with the finance team, warehousing and logistics departments as appropriate
Adherence to and monitoring of KPIs and reporting to organisation as well as for client
Keep abreast of trends and changes in the business world.
Seek ways of improving the way the business operates
