JOB DESCRIPTION We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) – Banca Sales to drive business growth by managing and developing relationships with banking partners. The ideal candidate will have 5 to 8 years of experience in banca sales and a strong understanding of banking and insurance products. The role demands expertise in sales strategies, partner management, and business expansion. Experience/ Skills:
Prior experience in Life Insurance is a must of which at least 5 years into sales and Banca
process.
Excellent decision making and problem-solving skill
Must possess strong knowledge of Life Insurance Market, Product
Key Responsibilities:
The role will be responsible to handle a team with assigned branch and the direct reportees.
The role will be primarily responsible to drive and develop a strong team and business.
Managing the Banca sales through assigned Bank Branch
The roll is to handle the tie-up banks, to close the leads provided by the Company
Handle the walk-in customer and do Cross Selling Products.
Maintaining relationship with super strategic clients in order to retain them.
Preferred from Life Insurance Banca sales background only.
Experience in building a sales team and scaling it up
