We are in the high growth phase and are constantly looking at energetic people to join our rapidly-growing team.We are looking for a skilled and experienced Backend Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in JavaScript and Node.js, with proficiency in PostgreSQL and Redis. Experience with NestJS and Kafka is a plus. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining our backend services to ensure seamless and efficient operations.

Years of Experience: 1-3

Work Location: Indiranagar, Bangalore (On-site)

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain backend services using JavaScript and Node.js.
• Design, implement, and manage databases using PostgreSQL.
• Implement and manage caching solutions using Redis.
• Collaborate with frontend developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
• Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to these problems.
• Help maintain code quality, organization, and automation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends.
