We are seeking a highly skilled Baan Projects & Service Functional Senior to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing and executing Baan ERP projects, providing functional support and ensuring optimal service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage Baan ERP projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Provide functional expertise in Baan modules, including but not limited to Finance, Supply Chain Management, and Manufacturing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement enhancements.
- Conduct user training sessions and provide ongoing support to ensure effective use of Baan systems.
- Identify areas for process improvement and recommend solutions to enhance efficiency.
- Maintain documentation related to project plans, functional specifications, and user manuals.
- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure alignment on project objectives.
- Stay updated with the latest Baan developments and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 7-10 years of experience working with Baan ERP systems.
- Strong understanding of ERP functional modules and business processes.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Experience in user training and support is a plus.
