Job Description:We are seeking a highly skilled Baan Finance Functional Senior specializing in Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in Baan ERP systems, demonstrating a deep understanding of finance modules.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the implementation and optimization of Baan Finance modules focusing on AP and AR functionalities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Provide expert guidance on best practices for financial processes and systems.
- Conduct system testing, troubleshooting, and user training to ensure seamless integration and functionality.
- Support ongoing maintenance and enhancements of Baan Finance applications.
- Analyze financial data and generate reports to aid decision-making processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or related field.
- 7-10 years of experience in finance functional roles, with a focus on Baan ERP systems.
- Strong knowledge of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes.
- Proficient in financial reporting and data analysis.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Baan ERP implementation projects.
- Certifications related to finance or ERP systems.
