Job Description

Overall Responsibilities:


  • Lead the BA team in gathering, analyzing and documenting business requirements for projects
  • Work with stakeholders to understand business processes and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Create detailed requirement specifications that can be used to guide project development
  • Ensure project requirements are aligned with company goals and objectives
  • Manage change requests, track project progress and escalate issues as needed

Skills:


  • Strong business analysis skills, including requirements gathering and process mapping
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience working in an Agile environment
  • Ability to translate complex business requirements into technical specifications
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Experience:


  • Minimum 5 to 7 years of experience as a Business Analyst in software development projects
  • Experience leading a team of BAs
  • Exposure to different industries and domains

Day-to-Day Activities:


  • Lead the team in conducting stakeholder interviews and requirements gathering workshops
  • Analyze business processes and recommend solutions to improve efficiency
  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure project requirements are met
  • Facilitate meetings and discussions between stakeholders to resolve issues
  • Provide status updates to project stakeholders and management

Qualification:


  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration or related field
  • Master's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred

  • Excellent leadership and team management skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with project teams and stakeholders
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively.
