• Provides architectural support and advice within a defined technology, system or structural area.
• Participates in the conceptual phases of identifying and solving business problems and initiatives.

• Contributes to the definition of engineering processes, standards and technologies / frameworks.
• Facilitates technical design reviews, ensuring adherence to architectural standards and consistency across the organization.
• Assists with the tradeoff decisions from a technology implementation or deployment perspective for the solution balancing short- and long-term cost, benefits and other implications to facilitate informed decisions by the team and leadership.
• Contributes to / assists with creation of proofs of concept to determine the viability of new or different technologies.
• Assist the product development team with risk analysis for triaging in production security or feature issues.
You will be successful in this role if you have:
- Experience: As a senior professional should be able to prove 8 + years of experience working with Business Data Analytics Platforms, Studies and or / proven experience with Finance and/or Business subjects is needed.
- Role and Responsibilities: Ensure the proper maintenance and development of the KDI Business Intelligence Platform in Azure Databricks. Database Design, testing of data related changes, developing Data pipelines, Power BI integration (Power BI Workspaces and API’s) and advanced reporting together with building ETL pipelines and maintaining proper CI/CD deployments for the current solution.
- Programing languages: SparkSQL, PySpark, Python, Shell, Power BI, DAX, Data Vault, and Azure services ,tasks.
- Data Pipeline Development
- Design and implement ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) pipelines using Azure Databricks to automate business data analytics provisioning.
- Able to implement and maintain CI / CD Pipelines.
- Ensure efficient data movement and processing across different systems.
- Data Storage Management
- Manage and optimize data storage solutions such as Azure Data Lake Storage, Azure Blob Storage, and Azure SQL Database.
- Ensure data is stored securely , is accessible, and can scale with the organization’s needs.
- Data Integration
- Integrate data from various business applications sources such as D365 Finance and Operations, Unit4, D365 CE, Azure Portal, ensuring data consistency and integrity.
- Extensive Experience in data integrations using Python, SparkSQL, scala to clean transform, and load data into data warehouses in Databricks.
- Data Modelling in Azure Analysis Services
- Extensive Experience with Data Modeling projects using Azure Analysis Services in CI/CD Environment
- Implement role-based security to control access to data models. Ensure compliance with data governance policies
- Monitor the performance of data models and optimize them as needed. Perform regular maintenance tasks to ensure the reliability of the service.
- Collaboration and Support
- Work closely with business users, analysts across KDI, and other stakeholders to ensure the data infrastructure supports analytics, reporting and BI dashboards.
- Provide support and troubleshooting for data processing workflows and optimize system performance.
- Data Security and Governance
- Implement data security measures such as encryption and access control to protect sensitive information.
- Ensure compliance with data governance policies and best practices.
- Monitoring and Optimization
- Monitor the performance of data processing workflows and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
- Continuously optimize the system to ensure smooth and secure data operations.
