Job Title: DevOps ArchitectLocation: Bangalore, IndiaExperience Required: 10 to 18 Years (Minimum 5 Years as an Architect)Job Summary:The DevOps Architect will be responsible for designing and implementing robust cloud infrastructure and DevOps practices that support the development and deployment of applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Kubernetes and Azure, along with at least 5 years of relevant experience in an architectural role.Key Responsibilities:Design, implement, and manage scalable and secure cloud infrastructure solutions on Azure.Lead the orchestration of containerized applications using Kubernetes, ensuring high availability and performance.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish and optimize CI/CD pipelines for efficient application delivery.Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues, implementing optimizations as necessary.Develop and maintain infrastructure as code (IaC) using tools such as Terraform or Azure Resource Manager (ARM) templates.Provide architectural guidance and best practices on DevOps methodologies, tools, and processes.Ensure security and compliance best practices are integrated into the DevOps lifecycle.Mentor and guide junior team members in DevOps practices and technologies, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.10 to 18 years of experience in DevOps, cloud engineering, or related fields, with a minimum of 5 years as an architect.Strong expertise in Kubernetes and container orchestration technologies.Proficient in Azure cloud services, including Azure DevOps, Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), and related tools.Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or Azure Pipelines.Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash, PowerShell) for automation tasks.Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack).Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Preferred Qualifications:Certifications in Azure (e.g., Azure Solutions Architect, Azure DevOps Engineer).Experience with microservices architecture and serverless computing.Familiarity with Agile methodologies and practices.SYNECHRON’S DIVERSITY & INCLUSION STATEMENT Diversity & Inclusion are fundamental to our culture, and Synechron is proud to be an equal opportunity workplace and is an affirmative action employer.
