We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Assistant Vice President HR Data Management

Principal responsibilities
- The role’s responsibilities will initially cover the following key areas:
- DataVisa submissions: Support HR stakeholders to prepare, review and submit HR related Data Privacy cases in the global assessment tool for managing Privacy Impact Assessments, Data Sharing approvals and Record of Processing related controls.
- Privacy Impact Assessments: Support review and approval of Privacy Impact Assessments, provide appropriate and timely response to the Projects / Programmes. Liaise with Legal / DPO colleagues to ensure appropriate legal support is received, where necessary on key PIAs.
- Governance and Controls Implementation support: Support global governance activities in implementing and operating the controls across key markets.
- Data Security support: Provide support on key matters involving management / operationalisation of Data Security / Access Management related controls
- Work with GSOs, Risk Owner and Control owner to support key projects / programmes involving Data Privacy
