We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Assistant Vice President – Finance Change Delivery


  • Perform the development (coding) documentation and implementation of stress testing modesl with SAS toolset for wholesale & Retail Credit Risk, covering: technical design and documentation, coding of the component, testing of the component
  • Supporting testing (FT & UAT) and overall delivery of the solution by working together with the Stress test Delivery Manager and other suppliers (e.g. IT).
  • Ensure delivery reduces hand offs yet increasing interaction between various Country teams, Region and Group business teams across Finance and Risk.
  • Ensure the use of SAS toolset reduces lead time to delivery and aligns to strategic direction so that cross-functional development is usable
  • Design should help embed standard processes, systems and operational models into the BAU approach for end-to-end execution of stress tests, enabling the organisation to leverage HSBCs global economies of scale
  • Ensure that the delivered solution follows robust, industrialized procedures and all controls / governance are followed through the change cycle.
  • Successful completion of development activity as per change releases
  • Duties/tasks/work prioritised and completed accurately, meets quality standards, is in accordance with procedures and within agreed timescales.
  • Demonstrable ability to resolve issues, in a timely manner.
  • Robust control over all design and development aspects of the delivery.. Reporting on development status for releases is consistent for each project. . Build trusting partnership with Finance Change Delivery (FCD) Stress Testing project team to effectively deliver the required output for closure.
