We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Assistant Vice President – Data & Analytics Office Operational Support

Principal responsibilities

Impact on the Business

• Support the ExCo members to ensure they are prepared, supported and have adequate time to input / challenge before every meeting.
• Ensure the ExCo members have a robust internal engagement plan including leadership meetings, townhalls, skip level sessions, exchanges etc.
• Ensure the ExCo members have a robust strategic agenda as it relates to external events, memberships and external engagement.  
• Collaborate with stakeholders across business unit. 
• Develop and maintain process documentation, including process maps, standard operating procedures, and work instructions. Conduct process assessments to identify areas of improvement and opportunities.
• In-depth working knowledge and experience with Microsoft tools, especially Outlook and Teams.
• Develop excellent working relationships with stakeholders, acting as a trusted partner.
• Risk and control deficiencies are well articulated and highlighted to owners and decision makers, including relevant governance forums.
