We are currently seeking a AVEVA E3D Administrator, reporting directly to HOD - Genesis to join our Genesis team based in Mumbai.

About the mission we offer you:

• Administer and maintain the AVEVA E3D design software, ensuring optimal performance and availability for project teams. 
• Configure and customize AVEVA E3D to meet project-specific requirements and standards. 
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for AVEVA E3D users, resolving issues promptly to minimize downtime. 
• Develop and implement best practices, procedures, and guidelines for the effective use of AVEVA E3D. 
• Conduct training sessions and provide ongoing support to designers and engineers to enhance their proficiency with AVEVA E3D. 
• Manage software licenses, ensuring compliance with vendor agreements and optimizing license usage. 
• Collaborate with IT and engineering teams (process, electrical, instrumentation, structure, etc.) to integrate AVEVA E3D with other engineering and enterprise systems. 
• Monitor and evaluate new releases and updates of AVEVA E3D, planning and executing upgrades as necessary. 
• Develop and maintain documentation related to AVEVA E3D administration, including configuration settings, user guides, and troubleshooting procedures. 
• Participate in project planning and coordination meetings to understand project requirements and provide input on AVEVA E3D capabilities and limitations.

Starting Date: May  2025

About You:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field with 10-15 years of relevant experience in piping design/engineering and AVEVA E3D administration. 
• Extensive experience in the administration, configuration, and support of AVEVA E3D design software. 
• Strong background in piping design and engineering, with a thorough understanding of industry codes and standards (e.g., ASME, API, ISO). 
• Proficiency in other AVEVA software tools (e.g., AVEVA ERM, AVEVA AIM) is a plus. 
• Excellent data analysis and problem-solving skills, and the ability to troubleshoot complex software issues. 
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams and provide user support. 
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment. 
• Experience with software integration and data management in an engineering context. 
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and accuracy. 

Qualifications: BE/ B.Tech- Mechanical/ Computer Science

Languages: English (Fluent)

Main skills: 10-15 years of relevant experience in piping design/engineering and AVEVA E3D administration.
