Job Responsibilities:• Ensure seamless upkeep of all AV Assets in all meeting rooms auditorium, board rooms, small meeting rooms and conference rooms.
• Responsible to ensure installations, configurations, and maintenance of AV Equipments in the premises
• Provide technical support for AV systems during meetings, presentations, and high-profile events.
• Manage fire & security access control and visitor management systems as per set company physical security policy.
• Collaborate with IT, AV, and security teams to integrate and maintain systems.
• Train end-users on AV and security systems usage.
• Document procedures, configurations, and troubleshooting steps.
• Monitor system performance and implement improvements.
• Install, configure, and maintain AV equipment, including projectors, video conferencing systems, microphones, speakers, and displays.
• Troubleshoot and resolve AV and security system hardware and application issues
Manage BMS, fire & security access control systems, ensuring proper functioning and security compliance.
• Oversee visitor management systems, including setup, training, and troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with IT and security teams to integrate systems and ensure compatibility.
• Monitor system performance, conduct regular audits, and implement improvements to enhance security and efficiency.
• Getting more digitized solutions and applications in facility operations to improve the performance.
• Responsible for the execution of local EHS aspects and to minimize the risk to ensure legally compliant operations and live Zero Harm Culture
• Maintain your knowledge & understanding about technical assets/equipment and its conditions.
• Coordination with stake holders like EHS, SCM Business administration and provide the details as per the process needs.
• Site supervision design validation and GFC approvals and site monitoring and delivery follow up for any AV projects small and medium scale requirements
Experience and Qualification- Shall have experience 10 -12 years in similar portfolio.Knowledge of AV Solution and IT applications
in the present Corporate MNC’s
- Diploma/Graduation in Electrical and Electronics Engineering
- Certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, AVIXA CTS, security-related certifications) are a plus
